Website is still glitchy when toggling between the cart and back to items to purchase. When I have a large purchase with gifts in the cart, especially during the winter holidays, the smooth transition between the cart and the product screens needs to smoother for a better customer experience. It is getting better so please continue to integrate the toggle features.

I have been using Origins since 2018, and overall I have had a very positive experience with the brand. Over the years, I have continued to come back because I genuinely enjoy the quality of the products and the way they make my skin feel. Origins has become a brand I trust and feel comfortable purchasing from. What I appreciate most is the variety of products and the consistency of many of my favorites. I also love the natural, refreshing feel and scents of the products. Being a customer for so many years says a lot about the trust I have in the brand. One area that could be improved is the overall online shopping experience and customer service. It would be great to see an even smoother website experience, faster assistance when customers have questions, and continued improvements to make loyal customers feel appreciated. I miss not having an Origin brick and mortar store. I would like to try samples of other items but nowhere to ask for them. I like travel samples of my usual items I buy. In the store I could get them, and you used to send some but no longer.

The issue is more with disconitinued products than the website. Sometimes I can't find them because they no longer exist. Also, the comparible products seem to be higher in price than the original products I used to purchase (like perfect world serum).
