Website is still glitchy when toggling between the cart and back to items to purchase. When I have a large purchase with gifts in the cart, especially during the winter holidays, the smooth transition between the cart and the product screens needs to smoother for a better customer experience. It is getting better so please continue to integrate the toggle features.

I have been using Origins since 2018, and overall I have had a very positive experience with the brand. Over the years, I have continued to come back because I genuinely enjoy the quality of the products and the way they make my skin feel. Origins has become a brand I trust and feel comfortable purchasing from. What I appreciate most is the variety of products and the consistency of many of my favorites. I also love the natural, refreshing feel and scents of the products. Being a customer for so many years says a lot about the trust I have in the brand. One area that could be improved is the overall online shopping experience and customer service. It would be great to see an even smoother website experience, faster assistance when customers have questions, and continued improvements to make loyal customers feel appreciated. Overall, I have had many good experiences with Origins, and I hope to continue being a customer for many more years. Thank you for continuing to listen to your customers and improve the brand.

I miss not having an Origin brick and mortar store. I would like to try samples of other items but nowhere to ask for them. I like travel samples of my usual items I buy. In the store I could get them, and you used to send some but no longer.

The issue is more with disconitinued products than the website. Sometimes I can't find them because they no longer exist. Also, the comparible products seem to be higher in price than the original products I used to purchase (like perfect world serum).

Placing the order was a REAL test of endurance and patience, Simply wanted to place an order and there were may stumbling blocks it took more than four attempts and chats were not helpful. once I was able to place the order it was fine however tracking was not possible. would be much better if order was easily placed as a guest for those who knows what they wish to order. Perhaps ORIGINS should manage their own ordering and leave Bizrate out of the mix!!!!!

The experience was easy, no problem. I was motivated to make a purchase because of the friends and family discount. I usually buy eye doctor eye cream, I dont see the basic one looks like you updated it which I was sad about. I was going to buy 2 but I wanted to see if this new cucumber and squalane eye doctor eye cream was just as good. If it is I will buy more.

I felt that this experience was easier than before. Better description of products and who would need it based on what issue you were having. I liked the search tool where I could pick my skin type and issues and it recommended products. I literally went into an Origins store a couple of weeks ago to speak with a person because the site was confusing and I wanted to make sure I got what I needed. If it wasn't for the 25% coupon I prob would not have tried the site again glad I did.
