My mom swears by Origins and I’ve used the products before (purchased at Macy*s) but in the last few years I had been using a different brand. I then realized my face was starting to show wrinkles, so I went back to Origins, tried the Plantscription Anti-aging products, my wrinkles started to look better!

I wish Origins would have a longer period to use Rewards points. I never get to redeem any before they expire. Also, I'd like to see my Birthday gift be applied to any special offers as a little something extra.

The website was good, however, I did expect the option to choose free samples. This was available in the past and was a great way to try new products. It's also disappointing to see products that I've previously enjoyed, so longer available

You don’t have Apple Pay, Google pay for easy payment, otherwise I think your website was fine.

The website is somewhat confusing. I find conflicting information depending on where i click. Offers appear on the home page that are then not available when I go to check out. I often can't find what I am looking for. I do like the products a lot. I find them effective and, if I take advantage of discounts, they are value for money. I probably would not pay full price.

As a loyal customer of more than 25 years, I’m saddened by the discontinuation of some of the products I would routinely buy in the past. I continue to purchase regularly and look at the site, hoping some of those discontinued products will come back. Like salt suds body wash and clear head shampoo.

Orgins has great products! I've been using them for over 15 years. But I have recently switched to buying the majority of my higher end skincare line. I often shop on Ulta and purchase other brands. This is due to better pricing for another high quality product that has continual better promotions. Through these I get more for my money which is very important during these times. I tend to stock up during deep sales along with purchasing items that include a relevant free gift. And while my skin is aging and requiring more home and medical treatments, I can still give it the care I feel it needs this way. So unfortunately, I have been purchasing much less from Orgins. Regardless, I highly recommend Origins due to it's quality and ethics.

My order hadn’t shipped for about 5 days after I placed it, so I almost forgot about it. I used my Birthday coupon so it might have been the reason you didn’t send it soon but I was really surprised in a bad way because Sephora or Nordstrom doesn’t do that to me. You gauged the price hideously & the quality went downhill. And my order wasn’t sent for nearly a week. Additionally, the packaging was horrible, too. There were no buffers or bubble wraps in the box. My items were just thrown away in it without any protection. Your facial wash has been our favorite, both my husband & I loved it for 8 years. But we don't think we should buy it anymore. There are many new great products at a reasonable price & CS is much better than yours. If you don't take the customers with the Birthday coupons seriously, you're definitely gonna lose them because we normally get your products from other sellers, like Sephora or Nordy. I’m done with you. This is certainly the last time to buy your products. Bye & thanks!

I love origins frothy face wash. I’ve been using it for a really long time. However, I hate how expensive it is now and I don’t really care for packaging.

I only had one issue and that was that the order was not packed with care the box was too big for all of the items that were in it so naturally the item items were sliding around in the box and the cap on one of my face washes came broken they need to pack the items better because if there's a bunch of room for them to slide around in the box then obviously the Caps are going to get broken other than that everything was great

Have used Origins products exclusively since inception of Origins. Never use an other. C completely satisfied. Everyone comments I look 20 years younger than my age. Am in my 80's. O attribute to Origins.
