Too many great products discontinued! Save the Males & makeup line was better than natural products! Do not like 5-7 days standard shipping or $15.99 for 2-3 days? Really? Can’t get reward points if I go to local Dillards store & can’t find travel size items to purchase online!! Also missed spend $100 promo benefit by $2.00 - Really-Frustrated!! I started buying Origins from local store over 20 years ago. Hate to see how hard it’s been to enjoy the limited products. Oh and the chat option had a major delay I signed out.

I got a message saying I'd earned a free full size product, but I had trouble finding whether I was limited to the handful of products shown on the main page. I wasn't interested in any of them, but it wasn't clear if I should be waiting until I earn more points. But I was happy that the product I was looking for was discounted when I bought two, and I liked the free sample products and free shipping.

I was happy to see that they had a 20% off sale. I went to Ulta today to buy my favorite origins products but they didn't have any so I went on the site. I've had the origins "checks and balances" wash on and off over the years and I really wanted to get that again. I think its a great all around face wash. The site was user friendly and they had a good deal. Although it was a little confusing because it said that it was 20% off over $110 purchase, plus 4 free samples, and a free tote or something but I never saw any information about the tote and samples when I checked out. So I really hope those actually show up in my purchase when it arrives.

i am VERY VERY unhappy that i cannot use birthday $10 off code when there is a sitewide 20% sale. i never buy unless there's a sale, and there often is one, so the birthday gift is a total gimick! and i'm very unhappy!

The Origins site is very easy to navigate.I do enjoy the big picture layouts. Once selected you have options of about the details, ingredients and how to use. Large font and very peaceful and really beautiful site. I am just sad there are no longer any Origins locations, and many of the products I had used for 20 years have been discontinued. Or changed the packaging so you are not able to get the last of the product out of the bottle. A higher price and less product because of the shape of the "new look." Today, I am trying something new. If I don't like, I will find another company.

Overall, the website was easy to use, but I was very behind on the fact that Origins has updated the look of some of its products. Those pictures were, to me, "buried" within the product descriptions--maybe because it had happened a while ago--but to me I didn't know about it, so it was new information. There should be a way to keep this information top of mind so that anyone coming by the info finds out about it right away and can become excited about purchasing the updated/new product. Also, I am/was a big fan of the "precipitation extra" product, and in my mind there is not a "cross-walk" to a new product. Origins should offer their loyal customers of that product a "cross-walk" to what they should be buying now: "If you liked Precipitation Extra, you'll LOVE "XYZ" for these reasons..."

I love your products and am sad that I can not find them easily in retail stores. However, your quality remains and I usually buy the same products. When seeking a new product, your descriptions and how to use instructions are great! My ONLY BIG complaint is your shipping. Past experiences have NOT been good. One order never showed up and I had to request a replacement order.
