I almost couldn’t find my regular product I used because the packaging changed since last time I bought. I usually bought a lot at a time to avoid delivery fee. Thus, I bought for me and my mother. This is my second or maybe third order on the Origins website since I used to buy from Sephora, but the product is now not to be found there. I’ll come back next time when my mom and I run low on it. ;)

Lovw these products!!! But Honestly the selection in recent years has really tanked. They slim down lines to just a few - none of which have EVERYTHING you need in the line -and get rid of effective old reliable. Also the labeling is so boring. The mobile version of this site is clunky at best and the structure makes it so you really feel how small pr9duct lines have gotten

Website is great. I appreciated that the code for the samples was pinned on the home page and I didn't have to go back to an email for reference.

I like the appearance of the website. It is very pretty :) The shopping cart addition confirmation modal is affective, but annoying because after I add an item to the shopping cart I am ready to continue shopping, but I have to wait for the modal to go away before I can scroll. I was unable to use Apple Pay to checkout :( for some reason the button was not working. I was able to use the ‘Checkout’ button. The product organization and search is great :)

overall usage and clarity and ease of finding products and checking out is straight forward. Sometimes not sure if redemption of rewards is used. But I did see it after a bit. Mostly all good! Search with products so simple and perfect! no need to change or get fancy.

I received a message back in July that I have rewards points to be used on my next purchase. When I tried to find the product I was looking for it was not listed. I started the order a few days ago but go frustrated and gave up. I tried sending a text message but couldn’t not find the right place to leave my notes . I finally found a phone # which I called and after two three attempts, reached a real live person who looked up the item I wanted and sent me a separate emaiil with a link which I think may have solved my problem. I am frustrated because I have enjoyed Origins products for about 20 years. You had hypo allergenic mascara and other eye products which have disappeared, I miss them but I am most frustrated about the change in your skin care products. A customer service person found the Ginzing Energizing Rich Cream for me today, and I look forward to the arrival next week. The updated version of the Ginzing cream (with gel) does not keep my skin hydrated even past the morning’s application. I am not sure why You have chosen to continue that product over the original. I saw complaints about it when it was first introduced. I hope that you continue to make the Endrgizing Rich cream. I have been a loyal customer but it has gotten quite difficult to order products.. I can find the products that I want easily since I use them frequently. I have used and really like the products that I use. (I don't like Ginzing though. It gives me a rash.) The promotion of HYDRATE was confusing. I ordered the minimum requirement but when I put in the code, the message was that it did not apply. I was confused and did not understand why the promotion did not apply and couldn't find an answer. I really liked the products in the promotion too, better than the complimentary gifts.

I can always find what I need on the Origins website, including formulations and how the products work. I like the way the website handles the rewards and free samples and gives me choice for my samples and places it in my cart easily.

I've used this product - plantscriptions spf 25 - for years - maybe as many as 25 years, and I'm quite happy with it. I did notice that you changed the packaging.
