I really like the scent of the ginger products, but it is a bit of a splurge. The orange skincare products are a little bit too strong for me. I'd be interested if my order could have qualified for some samples so I could have tried something new.

I. Have used Origins for years. I really like the Perscriptives line. Really wish you would bring back the old toner. Do not care for the mushroom toner. It leave my fave dry. The other toner did not. Thanks

Easy to order. Sometimes the rewards program feels overly complicated/ restrictive but the products work well although they are not cheap.

I really appreciated the speed of the Origins website. I was able to easily add and remove products to/from my cart. The layout and colors used were engaging and easy to read. The information and images of each product helped me choose items that were best for my skin. The only negative aspect of the website was the click through from viewing the cart to your bag. This was a bit slow, but compared to other commerce websites, I would have found even this element fast. I will absolutely trust and return to the Origins website as I begin shopping for the overall holiday season.

I will not buy Origins products much in the future. Now that we are aware of harmful ingredients in food and cosmetics, I was hoping that your company would be the top of the line in eliminating those, as many are now using YUKA. Please try harder!!!

I’ve been using Origins products since 2018, and they’ve been a part of my skincare routine for so many years. 💚 I truly love your products and the quality of your skincare. One concern I’m still struggling with, though, is the blackheads on my nose. They just don’t seem to go away, even with regular use of the charcoal mask. The website was easy to navigate. It took me maybe 5 minutes to get my cart finished and checkout. The complimentary gifts were nice since this is a pricier brand. The price is justified since these products live up to the expectations you would have. I have used Origins for years at this point and love all of their products.

I had been using an origins product for over 35 years until it was discontinued. I am trying to replace that product and the product I recently ordered did not meet my expectations. I am very disappointed that I have not been able to find a good replacement

My experience was good until I went to check out and realized I had forgotten my password. I had a code to use, SAVE30, that gave me 30% off for the item that was in my shopping bag. After I reset my password and came back to my bag, the discount was gone. I re-entered the SAVE30 code and was informed that the code could only be used once. The problem is, I hadn't really used it yet. I was very disappointed with this and considered not purchasing the product at all.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product and was happy to see itwas easy for me to adjust the item total on the checkout page. I use the search feature multiple times to find the exact product I wanted and was able to navigate with ease. The site seemed well designed and was intuitive to navigate.
