My experience was good until I went to check out and realized I had forgotten my password. I had a code to use, SAVE30, that gave me 30% off for the item that was in my shopping bag. After I reset my password and came back to my bag, the discount was gone. I re-entered the SAVE30 code and was informed that the code could only be used once. The problem is, I hadn't really used it yet. I was very disappointed with this and considered not purchasing the product at all.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product and was happy to see itwas easy for me to adjust the item total on the checkout page. I use the search feature multiple times to find the exact product I wanted and was able to navigate with ease. The site seemed well designed and was intuitive to navigate.

I had a 30% off promo code. I entered it; it said it was valid and reduced the price of my cart. I then clicked "Checkout as Guest," and it said I couldn't use the code because it was a one-time code and I had already used it. Very frustrating.

I love that Origins offers occasional discounts and free shipping. The product I order is for acne/breakouts. It has just the right percentage of salicylic acid and really does the job. Other brands products have not worked for me. The bottle is so very tiny, though, I wish the contents were more and that the price was not so high.
