I am so grateful that Origins have products that truly help those of us with rosacea. There are other companies that claim to have products that help with redness, etc. and some are okay, but Dr. Weil's products are the best I have ever tried. I also appreciated the 15% off!

The website was easy to navigate. The payment process was easy. What I did find annoying was during checkout the way the screen jumped when the address section needed to be edited. For example, my state did not auto fill so I had to manually put it in which was fine but when I selected the box it jumped off screen. This also happen when I had to edit middle name initial from my last name, due to auto fill filling it in. Not a bad experience; those were just annoying.

It was the last day to use the birthday code and the system wouldn't allow me to. The very next day was friends and families offering 25% off. However when they processed my payment for my transaction it only went through with 15% off which is an old reward that was sitting in my account neither of the other two options were used as I requested.

I love Origins and have been using it for over 25 years. Unfortunately, I find the online experience lacking. The website glitches a lot and I find myself having to refresh the page quite often. I find it very slow and at times and difficult to navigate. I have nothing but positive reviews for the products themselves and as I mentioned I have been a loyal customer for quite some time.

There are pics of products that I may be interested in but I can not find. Sometimes the bottle of the product I want changes and I don't recognize it or the product name or product it self may change. This makes me unhappy because I have product loyalty and am a creature of habit. However, I love the products I use. I have sensitive skin and these products are always mild enough to not irritate my skin. I love the way they smell. I love getting small samples of products to try. I absolutely love Origins.

I get emails saying my points will expire e.g.,on 6/23. It's not clear if I have to spend all of them or some to keep the remaining points. I tried to spend my points but only some were allowed. there is no tally on the check out page or anywhere once I start redeeming that states how many points are left or what options I have. etc.

I smelled something absolutely wonderful at work. It turned out to be a colleague using Origins Ginger Hand Lotion. I immediately searched the internet and found the mother ship - Origins - and ordered a set of their ginger products. I'm thrilled. It's wonderful lotion, and the smell is just divine. Ordering directly from the company was easy and quick. My work colleague had bought from a high-end department store, so I was glad to find the actual company and see what other ginger products they had.

My mom swears by Origins and I’ve used the products before (purchased at Macy*s) but in the last few years I had been using a different brand. I then realized my face was starting to show wrinkles, so I went back to Origins, tried the Plantscription Anti-aging products, my wrinkles started to look better!
