It looks like the check out has improved - previously it would seem to skip over letting me choose a payment method and shipping - or it was designed in a way that caused me to miss that option. This time choosing shipping and payment was not a problem. When choosing options in the card it did seem to take a while to load the next screen - but over all it was not a problem.

I’m addicted to the ginger smells. I have all the lotions which are fantastic and hold the smell all day. I love the ginger soufflé and use it on my neck and chest the smell is my favorite.

I’d prefer products in same grouping I.e. All Plantscription, all Ginzeng rather than interspersed with one another. I love the products, have used for years, especially Dr Weil’s Mega Mushroom. Prices have definitely increased and I pay. Not willing to try another brand. Brand loyalty!

I am so grateful that Origins have products that truly help those of us with rosacea. There are other companies that claim to have products that help with redness, etc. and some are okay, but Dr. Weil's products are the best I have ever tried. I also appreciated the 15% off!

The website was easy to navigate. The payment process was easy. What I did find annoying was during checkout the way the screen jumped when the address section needed to be edited. For example, my state did not auto fill so I had to manually put it in which was fine but when I selected the box it jumped off screen. This also happen when I had to edit middle name initial from my last name, due to auto fill filling it in. Not a bad experience; those were just annoying.
