Hello, this is Diana Walton and I been using your product for over 10 years. I have an account with you but calling in and picking out products with an agent seems to be more work now and takes longer. I always enjoyed the simple things that came with my order, like small travel tubes that were thrown in at no charge. I bought the clear glass hydrating bottle but unfortunately, my sister put it in the freezer and it exploded and broke. I also have purchased so many other items and gone to the local store, Dillards to receive a free facials and learn more about the man products your company offers. I so miss the eye bright small green tube that you stopped selling as it really did moisturize around the fine lines by my eyes and I mixed it in with my base foundation. Since there is so much spam now, calling an agent, giving her the list of the products and then receiving more points so that some of my future purchased would be at a discount.
