I’ve been a loyal Origins customer for over 8 years and purchase very frequently, but I have to say the online shopping experience is beyond horrendous. The mobile website is extremely glitchy and barely functions, making it almost impossible to shop unless I’m on a laptop or desktop. It’s disappointing that in 2025, a brand I’ve supported for years still doesn’t have a reliable mobile site or a dedicated app.
It feels like no one is looking into these ongoing issues, and with the closure of brick-and-mortar stores, the online experience is more important than ever. Unfortunately, it’s not convenient, smooth, or enjoyable—it’s frustrating every single time I try to shop on my phone.
Origins needs to step up its digital game. As much as I love the products, the poor mobile experience makes me dread shopping, which should never be the case. A functional mobile app, or at the very least a seamless and properly optimized mobile website, should be a top priority.
Please take this seriously because long-time loyal customers like me want to continue supporting Origins.
