I am contacting you regarding my recent order. The package was confirmed as delivered, but it was mistakenly dropped off at 2301 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood instead of my correct address: 2401 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood.
After receiving the delivery confirmation, I went to my building’s front desk. They confirmed they never received the package, and I only realized the mistake because the delivery photo clearly showed the lobby of the wrong building.
Additionally, this order was supposed to include a gift as part of the promotion, but the front desk informed me that only the package was received (without the gift). I still have not received this promotional gift, which was an important part of my purchase decision.
I kindly request your assistance in:
Ensuring the misdelivered package is correctly redirected or replaced.
Sending me the missing promotional gift.
Please let me know how this can be resolved as soon as possible.
