Nothing is good. I wanted to redeem my BD gift today, but I wasn't able to do so. since 30% is applied auto and I can't add other offer chatted people said. i chatted with 3 different people. 1 st person said I need to add something that wasn't discounted. then she recommended me to add "set" so I did added $29 set which didn't take my BD. so I chatted 2nd person, she said she sees BD is applied. I explaind her again and again but she doesn't understand how to calculate discount. I explained her very detailed but she doesn't get it and insist that BD is applied and end our chat from her end. 3rd person was very helpful at first, but he said you can't apply 2 promotions. I said I didn't apply any promo. 30% off is auto apply by your website. also, I added not discounted "SET" item. he said the set "VALUE" is $99 so it won't apply. I was like what is he talking about? it's just the "Value" not a "DISCOUNT"! he said you need to wait until promo ends. I asked him when? he said check back tomorrow on the website or go to store and redeem BD. How rude is that? since BD promo is free shipping and only applied to not discounted item then I ahould be able to check out with my discounted items as well to me. why do you make customer to wait until promo ends? I have very hard time to understand your business marketing. it's very unfair for NOV birthday people. Also, every customer service rep are poor trained. it doesn't much with your price range of your products. I understand if you are selling everything under $10 products then I expect that people who works also won't do good job, but your business is priced very high. customer service should care more to everyone. I would not buy anything anymore from your business.
