Could not delete some items from my cart. Tried chat… I just wanted instructions how to do it. Apparently my browser is not supported by your company and I had no button to push to delete. I tried using the chat several times. I did not want to give out information…. I JUST WANTED TO DELETE SEVERAL ITEMS I HAD PUT THERE!
Today I finally had to give personal info to get it done but that took 11 minutes. Why did I get asked for my zip code? How was that going to help since I never entered an address and the ones in my profile are not where I live now! Then my birthday $10 dollars could not be used but the message said it was good til end of Nov! All I all, I am very dissatisfied with the way your website works and will look for other companies to purchase skincare products from! I am a longtime user and a a senior person but not willing to jump through hoops to purchase from a company that makes life complicated for me! Thank you for reading and thinking about this problem for users who use a browser that is not compatible with your website.
