My one MAJOR complaint is that I'd like to be able to order different sizes of the same item simultaneously; In other words- go to Gildan SF500- Black, and order 2 Smalls, 5 Mediums, 6 Large, etc. and then only have to click the add to cart button 1 time. It takes FOREVER to go back and forth to order all of our items.

This was my first time ordering from OpenTip, but my overall experience was not the best. It took quite a while for my order to be processed, and I actually had to send an email just to make sure it had been processed. After that, it also took longer than expected for me to receive my order. My biggest concern is the way shipping and handling is calculated. When buying in bulk, you normally expect to save money, but the shipping and handling costs can make the total much more expensive. I actually needed to purchase a few hoodies because the price per hoodie was cheaper here. However, once I saw how much the total increased because of shipping and handling, I decided to buy them somewhere else. Even though the hoodies were more expensive per item at the other store, I ended up paying much less overall for the same quantity of hoodies. On top of that, the other store processed my order much faster, and I received it much sooner. So, while some of the individual product prices at OpenTip may look like a great deal, I definitely recommend checking the final total with shipping and handling before placing a bulk order. If you need your order quickly and don't want to pay a high amount for shipping, you may be better off ordering somewhere else. At least, that was my experience with my first purchase here. I think the processing time, delivery speed, and especially the shipping and handling costs could definitely be improved.

The website is acceptable but is not as smooth as it could be. My biggest dislike is that products come from different vendors causing unattainable totals in order to qualify for free shipping on most of my orders. If I could include products from all of my most used brands in one order, it would be possible to order all of my blanks from this source. However, since each brand seems to have its own warehouse / supplier, I can't rationally use this platform for all of my needs.

I really enjoyed this site. Open tip has a very impressive amount of items to choose from and the best part was the prices! I wish there were better shipping options for smaller orders as my small business is just starting to accrue customers and inventory I dont need to order such a large amount to get the shipping cost for free.

i think pricing is great and shipping time is great. quality was there, but hard to determine online. i had trouble with inventory when i was looking across different products. the biggest issue i had was the inconsistencies across the product. i think i was expecting the print to be consistent with the design displayed online -- i understand prints like the one i chose would vary and i don't have a problem with that, uniqueness is good, but the pattern was so different than what was online that only 1 of the hats in my entire order was close to what i was expecting, so only one was usable and i discarded the rest. a little disappointed there and makes me hesitant to reorder anything else.
