Well the socks I ordered are not true size, when I asked if I could return for bigger size. I would have to pay restocking fee. So then I can't afford to replace them without coming out of pocket that's just not fair

It was fast and easy to order and to return. I did not find easy information about exchanges however. I wanted to exchange shirts and not have to reorder and reuse my credit card to reorder. It seems exchange basically means refund, not exchange. Further there is no phone number for customer service
