When I first tried to place the order it did not go through - said the server was having maintenance, but a few moments later everything worked. Very happy about the selection (we found the exact items we were looking for) and the prices beat the competition by a lot.

I’ve had a good experience with OPENTIP overall. It’s one of the places where I can find most of the products and supplies I need for my business, which makes ordering very convenient. The main thing I think could be improved is the delivery information. Some products can take much longer to arrive than expected, and it would be really helpful to have a clearer estimated delivery date before placing the order. That way, if an item is going to take several weeks to arrive, I could choose a similar product from their catalog that is available sooner. Overall, I would recommend OPENTIP because of the variety of products they offer, but having more accurate and visible delivery estimates would make the shopping experience much better.

Great servicve! Excellent packaging! I get coupon codes though and they will not work. On my order that I just placed, I had this code 6385602 and it would not accept it. It was for 5% off. When spending that much money, 5% off would have been helpful.
