I found most of the products I needed, although some items were out of stock. Overall, it was a good experience. One issue I encountered was with the promotional coupons. I tried to use a $10 coupon that I received for my next purchase, but it wasn't applied at checkout. I was also asked to leave a review in exchange for an 8% off coupon, but I never received that coupon either. I'm a returning customer and place orders regularly, so I would really appreciate it if the promotional discounts you send could actually be applied to my purchases. That would make the overall shopping experience even better.

I am a reseller and should not have to pay tax upfront for products that we purchase from your website. No other supplier makes us pay tax and have to claim it back with the state. It is unnecessary.

I am purchasing blank hats for resale - don't love that there is no tax exemption option and also don't love that shipping is so expensive. I have not experienced this with any other hat company I have worked with. However, the selection on the website is nice.
