I was happy to see the item I needed at a price less than the manufacturer. Although your shipping price was also less than the manufacturer, it was still more than double the price of the small item I purchased.

Fair, a little disappointed that i have a coupon code that will not work for this order for some reason. in my mind if im provided with a coupon and continue to purchase through this site the coupon should apply to any and all item purchased especially since the coupon had an expiration date that was only 3 weeks after i received it. that's a little cheap on the part of OPENTIP.com but other than that, im satisfied with my experience here.

Always a good interaction with OPENTIP only complaint ever is shipping charges when ordering more than 1 brand and ordering less than $369 in product. Otherwise we are always using OPENTIP for blank apparel when needed and not getting direct from our manufacturers

Experience was good, but the hoodies I was trying to purchase, some were sold out in various sizes. Other than that, the website functions well and easy to use. Will continue to purchase hoodies and maybe look into other items from this site. It would be nice to get free shipping with larger orders, especially if my company would be making multiple large purchases.

I ordered 1 shirt for a sample Opentip would not ship me one shirt as a sample, I would have been happy to pay or the shipping. Ne I am trying to get a quotation to order 100 shirts with our company logo printed on it. I have sent in our artwork and it is taking very long for someone to get back to me with a quotation.
