the shipping is the worst part! You have to spend over $200 to get free shipping, yet there is still a processing fee. I was promised free shipping after a certain amount yet still got charged +25.00 after spending over the amount required. And you have to make sure you purchase all from the same distribution center if not you get charged from all 2 or 3 places. worst part!

Overall quality of the candles I ordered was very nice. (little pricey) I was searching for specific color and sizes of pillar candles. Once I found the largest one it was a little interesting to find the smaller ones to match. It would have been nice to see a section saying more in this color or something.

Only major complaint is the$299 for free shipping and how long it takes to receive. Every other apparel company I buy from can get me my items in 3 days max and they offer free shipping when I spend $150. I currently spend about $5000 per month on shirts and hats. Thank you
