OpenTip has been easy to work with. Hats show up on time or early. The only thing I would change is if hats are being shipped in from somewhere else and are backordered, let me know up front.

Not your Regûar Blend, No Cane Sugar

The website was conservative not fancy but purposful. The website was simple. I would like to see more eye catching details about the product I bought. The shipping charge was expensive, $17 dollars. Also be careful using the word Blend. I do not want any cane sugar in my body. There are other companies that use the word Blend and that word blends means there is erythritol and cane sugar blended. You can see the cane sugar when you use that product, not good.

The only thing I found a bit confusing at first was the shipping/handling fees and policy. I thought I'd ordered enough of specific items to receive the free shipping, but I still saw shipping fees. It took a minutes of messing around with my order before I figured it out. Also, I didn't realize that the items in my cart wouldn't be saved, so I had to start all over again today with my order. And I hope that the coupon I receive after submitting this survey is something I can use on Opentip. Now that I've scrolled to the bottom of this page, I'm thinking it won't.

It was really confusing to find the right sweatshirts that you carry in bulk. I had to go though several pages and look at several of them. I also liked a few others that I found, but there was not good item information so I had to google and find that on other sites like yours. I went with you because a friend of mine said that you are located in Reno and her items came super fast. I have my fingers crossed that they come on the early side of delivery window and not the end of deliver window.
