I am purchasing blank hats for resale - don't love that there is no tax exemption option and also don't love that shipping is so expensive. I have not experienced this with any other hat company I have worked with. However, the selection on the website is nice.

I received what I ordered, but the items were left in my carport and a bag of chips were busted open, so I had ants in all of the boxes. I was out in the dark trying to get the chips out of the boxes so that I didn’t get ants in my house or in my car. I was pretty mad about the whole deal.

I had ordered a similar product from another source. Their shipment came incomplete/separated and the missing pieces have still not arrived after 3 months! My order turned into an ordeal! But with OpenTip, the similar missing article came to me within 5-10 days. It weighed 60+ lbs - I am still waiting for the other item to show up so I can return it. I am NOT looking forward to that.

Firstable I registered my account. It was very easy. But for place an order at the begining was difficult because to save my first page of my shiiping order was not possible. The system now allowed me to do it. After 3 times, I could do it. Now I can say that the interaction was too easy.
