I’m happy with my overall experience with this company so far. The ordering process was smooth, and I was impressed with how helpful customer service was when I had some questions. It’s my first time ordering, so I haven’t received my items yet, but the customer service team helped clarify everything before I placed my order. That said, I did run into a bit of confusion while browsing the product descriptions. Specifically, the way quantities are listed can be a little unclear. For example, I came across listings that say "3X24 sheets" I wasn’t sure if that meant 3 boxes of 24 sheets each, or if it’s one box containing 3" x 24" sheets. A bit more clarity in the descriptions, like specifying box numbers and/or sheet measurements for parchment papers would really help customers make an informed choice right away without having to email or call customer service. One other thing I'll mention is shipping costs. The shipping charge ended up being higher than the product price, which felt a bit excessive. But overall, I'm excited to receive my order and see how everything works out!
