I ordered a label that I had not ordered before, so I wanted to print a test page before the item arrived, so I would be sure it would print. When I printed it on letter paper, only 3/4 of the design printed. I contacted customer support to help with the issue. After describing what I had done, and what the problem was, the staff walked through the process of how to adjust the printer settings--if it was printing to the left or right, or higher or lower. What we both totally missed was that the labels were larger and needed to be printed on legal paper, not standard 8.5 X 11. I would suggest that the staff first check the size of the labels before assuming it was an alignment issue. I figured this out on my own, finally. A very simple mistake on my part for not realizing the size of the labels. But I had told the support staff that all my other labels were printing without an alignment issue. I felt she just assumed that it was an alignment issue without thinking it through, or noticing the size of the labels.
