I have sun damaged skin, especially on my forehead. Your product is very good, but it still does not heal my skin or reduce redness as much as I would hope. Any suggestions??

I've ordered from OM4 before so I was familiar with the website. I think it's a well-designed website and easy to follow. I had forgotten that the points I had accumulated could be applied to my purchase. I did so, but a prompt and/or a reminder might have been helpful (for example, a line that says "Do you want to apply your points to save X dollars on this purchase, or would you like to continue accumulating points").

Wish you had an unscented product. This had an extreme smell. So much that the packing box smelled like it.

Appreciate the option to request sample products. Products are high quality and expensive, and the opportunity to sample other products can result in futue additional sales.

I’ve used so many OM4 products over the years and love everything I’ve ever bought. The skincare products are exceptional, RegiMEN products and serums, eye creams and foot cream. Hair care is great and I think my hair actually is fuller. Body washes, moisturizers and oils too. Even the lip balm is wonderful. I do have a gripe though. OM4 used to have a mineral facial sunscreen and it was one of the few I could use that wouldn’t make my eyes tear. I haven’t seen that product for a few years now and really wish you’d bring it back. I only use mineral sunscreens now and wish I could use yours instead of other brands I trust less.
