I have been purchasing OM4 for a little over a year now and I am very satisfied both with the products and customer service. Only issue I have had so far is, one of the product containers was broken upon arrival. Contacted Customer Support and within a few days had a replacement at no cost to me. As far as the products themselves I am extremely satisfied with the results I am seeing. Up to last year I was using a mens product that was made in France, had been for many years and thought it was doing a good job, but it does not hold a candle to OM4.

I was impressed that I received an email asking me whether to ship most of my products that were in stock, and get a second shipment for something that was back ordered or just wait. I also enjoyed getting the product samples in my box.

I've ordered from OM4 before so I was familiar with the website. I think it's a well-designed website and easy to follow. I had forgotten that the points I had accumulated could be applied to my purchase. I did so, but a prompt and/or a reminder might have been helpful (for example, a line that says "Do you want to apply your points to save X dollars on this purchase, or would you like to continue accumulating points").

I’ve used so many OM4 products over the years and love everything I’ve ever bought. The skincare products are exceptional, RegiMEN products and serums, eye creams and foot cream. Hair care is great and I think my hair actually is fuller. Body washes, moisturizers and oils too. Even the lip balm is wonderful. I do have a gripe though. OM4 used to have a mineral facial sunscreen and it was one of the few I could use that wouldn’t make my eyes tear. I haven’t seen that product for a few years now and really wish you’d bring it back. I only use mineral sunscreens now and wish I could use yours instead of other brands I trust less.
