Natural Beauty Group's website is easy to use and though prices are high, these are premium products + there is a low barrier to free shipping and there are lots of different discount options that are easy to find on the website. The website is aesthetic and easy to navigate and the search tool works effectively. The chat option is visable clearly which made me feel supported while shopping. The option to choose free samples at the end reminded me of how grocery stores put chocolate at checkout since people are more likely to want a little treat at the end of a shopping experience and it boosted my impression of NBG + reinforced I was getting a premium experience & that they stand by both their products & customer satisfaction strongly. The option to add a comment or request at the end of the checkout process did this as well. One final note is I actually won an online social media giveaway from them twice though I have no connection with the brand and them awarding me twice although I am not an influencer shows that they really opperate their giveaways by chance and are an honest brand (some brands I notice host giveaways but they seem rigged so an influencer will win and promote the product).

I just ordered seaweed for a bath for my wife. I am hoping to get it before mothers day. I would have papredciated more info on the amount of seaweed and if you can divide it in two for two separate baths. That info may be on the website but was not included in the product description. I chose you over a place in Ireland cause I assumed you would get it to me faster...

I had a couple samples of the hibiscus ultra lift neck cream so decided to try one and loved it immediately! The cream was so silky smooth and the fragrance delightful. It felt so nice on my neck, and I swear I could see an immediate improvement of wrinkles on my neck. I just had to order a full size, which I felt was listed at a great price, and have used this cream every night since. Won't go to bed without it again. New favorite, along with my other staples, the Bamboo Firming Fluid (awesome) and the Triple C+E firming oil (amazing).

I like that they offer Shop pay the only thing I don't like is that they only offer on single orders instead of being able to purchase multiple items and apply the payment plan.
