I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I have always been pleased with my purchases! All of the products smell so good, but not overwhelming. I love that I get to choose samples. I always get a persoanlized handwritten note on each receipt. And sometimes they throw in a piece of chocolate!

NBG has been in the business of selling genuine Eminence Products for a long time. For the first time I also ordered a product from Innersense. Both are premier products and I appreciate being able to trust that I am getting the product I am paying for, not a substitute or a watered down version. I usually order 2 products at a time so I don't pay postage.

Always great! Very informational and user friendly!! The price of my preferred product (Eminence)always makes me pause for a moment, but ultimately I pick the items I can afford and place my order.

I’m very satisfied with the products and the overall experience. The pricing is a make or break factors at times, and definitely a factor I mention when recommending. I don’t like the experience of hearing about a lovely product I’d want to try and then visiting the site only to find out it’s outside of my budget. Otherwise, I’ll be coming back for more as needed! Thank you for wonderful products!

It was good overall. Although it took quite a few clicks to zero in and hold/keep the Eminence Organics page up. That's never happened before. And the search function for EO's products was not as quick.

I first purchased one of your products via Amazon and did not care of the scent. I ended up calling and talking to one of your terrific representatives who talked me through the products and we selected one he thought I would like. I loved it and am now re-ordering that product. I appreciate the opportunity to receive a few samples. My best suggestion is that you make some of your products in travel sizes -- I travel and it would be helpful but also it is a nice way to truly test out a new product....or consider making your samples a bit larger?

I ordered Jane Iredale Enlighten Plus. Since this was my first order, I selected #2 which turned out to be too dark. I called to order a lighter shade and asked for a discount since I won’t use the #2 shade. I was hoping for a 50 percent discount but the representative stated he could only offer a 15 percent discount. So I opted not to buy the concealer. I did not feel supported by the customer service.

They had all the samples I was (generally) looking for, the website was easy to navigate, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was shockingly pleasant. If I want to purchase any samples in the future, I will definitely be returning to this site.

I'm SHOCKED, frankly, at how efficient, useful, and intuitive this website is. I was prepared for the worst, but it wasn't laggy, I always knew where to look for what I was looking for, and everything worked as it should. Great job with this site, I will definitely use it again in the future! You also have a great selection and great prices for the samples. I've been looking for Eminence samples for YEARS, because I'm hesitant to shell out money for a product I haven't tried before. You're a lifesaver!!

I received an email ad about a product. When I clicked the email ad it took me right to the product. Generally, I do not like the bundle sales offers, I prefer the old system of offering sales on individual items, or a holiday/birthday general discount.

The website is always easy to navigate. I don't really appreciate that a discount is offered to recurring purchases only to have to pay for shipping insurance, packing materials, etc. It defeats the purpose and I may as well go to the store to buy it.

I was pleased with product itself. But I paid extra for faster shipping via Fedex. I rcvd texts re expected delivery time on date that item should have been delivered and waited at home for delivery that day. It never arrived as promised.Finally arrived 24 hours later - next day. Not happy with delivery service.

I have always ordered Golden Glow and this time I wanted to step a shade darker. It was so hard to figure out which shade would be one step darker, so I guessed. The the order kept defaulting to Golden Glow. I think I finally got it right. I will know when I receive the order.

I used to struggle using the website all the time, but it has evolved, and as long as I use a full screen computer it works just fine. Now I can easily find the sample list which I love picking out and appreciate so much! I use them for travel so I don't have to bring all my bottles or vessels... so much easier. Also your customer service is the best. Love the personal notes, like Happy Birthday Michele, when I use my birthday discount. I still have that note on my bathroom mirror as a reminder of your personal touch.

The website drop down selection is sometimes tricky to use. It moves fast and if you aren't using a mouse it can be difficult to scroll over to a selection. This is a minor issue. The products sold are all high quality and there's a great selection. Shipping process is fast and easy. I do wish that we could select two samples. I've been using these items for awhile and love them!
