Ordered Kaia set of 8 salad plates as a standalone dessert plate for my niece and brother-in-law for a housewarming gift. The lavender flowers are so beautiful. even though they’re considered a salad plate I just think they would be beautiful as a standalone dessert plate.

I would definitely recommend this merchant. The dishes are gorgeous. They came in a timely fashion. I had some questions about my order and called the company. They were courteous and answered all my questions. I am kind of disappointed that they did not have the server ware and that I have not been able to find it thru alternate merchants.

I loved that Mikasa had a matching mug set to my pattern, and also a serving bowl. Ordering was easy and I was kept updated on shipping status. The items were packed well and arrived safely.

I was looking for new everyday dishes for the first time in over 20yrs. Found a Mikasa pattern I really liked and was happy to get them on sale with free shipping. They were shipped quickly and as nice in person as the photos showed. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the matching accessory pieces.

I am very happy with my purchase. The only drawback was the amount I had to pay for shipping and how long it took to get here. Normally when I purchase anything online it arrives in half the time it took for this order.

I had a couple of older Mikasa plates. They are great quality. I assumed that the New Order would be similar. Unfortunately, the quality has declined considerably. They are much lighter weight and feel similar to Corelle plates in my opinion. My wife is accepting of the quality. I am not impressed. I would return them if it were up to me. I deferred to my wife. We will keep the order.

Pretty china to replace every day dishes that I had loved for 30 yrs. Reasonably priced, quick service by ordering on line. Building my collection. Concerned that there seems to be no sugar/creamer? I can live without salt/pepper(Tivoli Garden).

Overall, I like your products, especially the Samantha dinnerware set, which I recently purchased. That said, you have an opportunity to offer customers the option to purchase replacement pieces based on the exact number they actually need, rather than forcing them to buy a set of four of that item. Another area you definitely need to improve is the packaging of your products during shipping, so they arrive complete and undamaged. Of the four cups I bought, one arrived broken

Ordered 4 dinner plates to add to my French countryside dinnerware set. The plates I received match the pattern of my set however the shipped plates are thicker than the dinner plates I originally purchased. I’m still keeping them but thought this was rather odd.

The individual dishes are nice quality, but some of the pieces, such as bread plates, fruit bowls, and serving bowls, are a noticeably lighter color from the place settings. Some dishes came from Macy's and some directly from Mikasa, but all were ordered within the same week, and everything is current stock. The color differences in the pieces stand out when the table is set. For this reason I would not choose Mikasa again, nor would I recommend it to friends.

Love my trellis pattern white Mikasa dishes. They’re lovely and there’s always stock on them. I replaced pieces that I broke, so happy I was able to do so, online. Very easy.

The Plates are fine. I was preparing to order more dinner plates, cereal etc. Unfortunately my Japanese Mikasa’s are from China. This was not on the item details or description. I’m so disappointed. Now, I hope someone actually reads this and has the courtesy of a reply. Thank you, Donna

This our 3rd time buying 13 oz china cups for our tea & coffee. My wife is Welsh and morning, afternoon & evening tea is essential in our house. Also at least one cup of coffee a day. This is our 3rd set of Mikasa cups in our 30 years in this house. Our 1st set were mixed purple solid and spotted 13 oz. Over many years the solid color cups faded; the spotted ones not so much. Second set were solid white. The 13 oz size requirement put us back with colored flowers in this set. Hope they don’t fade. Still great china cups that keep the tea warm for quite a while. The Dini Floral dish ware I ordered was discontinued. I was not aware of this. It came from an outlet. Unfortunately four of the pieces were damaged. Unable to replace them. Mikasa gave us a partial refund. Went from service for eight to service for six. For the amount I paid that’s fair. Still love the set. Wish there was a way to find replacements. I would deal with Mikasa again if the opportunity arises.
