I recently purchased a dinnerware set and a flatware set from Mikasa, and overall I’m very happy with the experience. The ordering process was easy, everything arrived well packed, and the items were exactly as described on the website. The dinnerware looks clean, elegant, and surprisingly high quality for the price. I really like the subtle pattern — it feels simple but not boring, and works well for both everyday meals and when guests come over. The plates and bowls have a nice weight to them and don’t feel flimsy at all. The flatware is also a great value. It has a modern, minimal design, feels comfortable in the hand, and looks good on the table. After washing, everything still looks brand new with no issues. Overall, this was a very good purchase for the price, especially considering it was from the outlet section. I would definitely recommend Mikasa to friends looking for stylish and affordable tableware, and I would shop here again.

Product ordered us not the one I expected I thought I was ordering regular bowls. I see no options to contact anyone just to send back at my own expense if I want a refund. Return shipping was almost as much as my original purchase.

I was worried about shipping these delicate bowls from Mikasa. Then the ice storm hit and I was even more worried about the delivery! Mikasa kept me updated with weather delays and the order arrived just as they said. Although the exterior box was a little worse for wear, all fourteen bowls were beautifully packed and arrived unscathed! Thank you, Mikasa!

Great sale. I guess you get what you pay for. Production was poor quality dishes are have different thickness, misshapen, not properly painted on all sides some are fully designed with patterns others are white thick plates. Looks like quality control sent home, misfit, irregularities through out. Extremely disappointing.

I originally bought 2 place settings for my home. Small forks disappeared fast, so I wanted to just buy the small forks. Nope!!! It wasn’t an option, so I bought a whole new set just to get small forks. I was very excited at first, but upon opening the packaging, the first thing I noticed was the package had been previously opened and the small fork was cut out from the sample board. The thief even left the fricken zip ties where the small fork should have been. Then I open each bundle only to find 3 small forks and the most disappointing part of it all is they don’t even match. Now I’m really devastated… You’ve changed the design. The small forks don’t have that slim sleek look and feel that I loved. The small forks are short and fat now. How horrible… I wasn’t going to say anything or return them. I was just going to walk away with my horrible unmatching set and never tell anyone about my experience.

The Wilton Armetale grill pan is absolutely perfect. Of course, it's Armetale. My problem is with the adhesive used to glue the label to the pan. I tried to scrub, soak, peel it off for an hour. Finally I had to heat the pan and hope it worked. Which it did. So it's OK. But whoever put that adhesive on that label should come to my house every time I buy a piece and personally remove the adhesive. Twice.

The website is easy to check out orders from. I have been looking for pieces of the forest pattern to fill out purchases I made from HomeGoods over Christmas. Would like a few more of some items but not the entire set. Price was great. Dealing with returns has been my biggest problem in the past because the cost of the return exceeds the purchase price.

I placed an order with Mikasa on Jan. 17 and received it on Jan. 22; very fast service which was appreciated. However, the UPS driver left the 4 boxes at my roll up garage door, rather than walking a few more steps to place them on my covered front porch and away from the possibility of being taken. By the time I got home, the boxes were wet and miraculously still there. Just thought I'd send that feedback. I haven't opened the boxes yet, as they are a gift and I'm hoping all is well.

I ordered 24 pieces of Garden Harvest with arrival in 5 to 7 business day. I was emailed shipping info that they would be shipped in 2 separate orders. One piece arrived in a week with a packing list that stated ALL pieces were included when I was missing 8 dinner plates. I called, was put on hold, and was then told the rest of the order would be rushed and will arrive in 3-5 business days. They did arrive in the specified time, but I never had any information whether they had been shipped, were in transit, would arrive on a particular day, etc.. It was great that I finally got my entire order, but why the initial blunder on the shipping, two packages? One package? Why the necessity of having to call?

Love the Trellis design tableware by Mikasa and have several of the accessory pieces in addition to the dishware. Recently ordered additional plates and bowls to have a setting for 10. Ordering on line was easy, I used Shop Pay to spread out payments with no interest, and the additional dinnerware pieces were shipped on time. Highly recommend @

I ordered Crystal wine glasses, and received plastic wine glasses. When I questioned them about it they said I ordered plastic glasses. I did not! Then they said they are crystalline. These glasses are unattractive and cheap looking. When I asked for a return label, they said the return was my responsibility which cost $100 and they would decide whether they would return the money or not. This does not seem like the right way to do business

I loved my previous Mikasa dishes and look forward to this new set. They are beautiful and in my pricepoint. The selection Mikasa offers is wonderful and I feel they appeal to a variety of styles.
