I've used you very regularly for about a decade.There were 4 ish years due to cancer and being read my last rights 5x I didn't buy anything due to endless hospitalizatiin.But from around 2014 ish to today.Very frequent customer. And very specific reasons.I can easily get the same stuff I buy elsewhere cheaper.This isn't implying your prices are outrageous. And they also offer free shipping over 100$.I choose midway even though little more expensive. Because of 1. WE ALL KNOW PPL DONT HESITATE TO CALL TO PISS AND MOAN MAKE HUGE ORDEAL OUT OF MINOR THINGS.HOW MANY TIMES HAS A CUSTOMER TAKEN THIS MUCH TIME TO PRAISE,THANK,AND HAVE NOTHING BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK.ME PERSONALLY I SHOULD BE AS QUICK TO RECOGNIZE THE DYING CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTING SIME PLACES.LIKE MIDWAY,AS I WOULD BE TO COMPLAIN WITH A LEGITIMATE ISSUE.SO.CONSIDER THE AMOUNT OF TIME I SPENT. TO SAY AND EXPLAIN SO MANY POSITIVE ACCOLADES AND THE SLIGHTLY HIGHER PRICE IS WELL WORTH PAYING BECAUSE.HOW FAST IT GETS UNDERWAY TO ME.HOW FAST IT ARRIVES,HOW WELL IT HAS BEEN PACKAGED.AND IN A DECADE ONLY HAVING 2 ISSUES.NEITHER YOUR FAULT THAT I RECALL,BUT YOU DIDNT MAKE ME WAIT ETC.MY SATISFACTION AS A CUSTOMER WAS PRIORITY CORRECTING IT WAS BULL SHIT FREE AND LIGHTNING FAST.AND ON THE BIBLE I COULDNT POSSIBLY KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY PPL WHO MENTIONED LOOKING FOR X BUT THEIR PLACE WAS OUT.I TELL THEM ABOUT YOU AND THEYVE BEEN YOUR CUSTOMERS EVER SINCE....I WILL SAY.ME,AND PPL I TELL.HAD NEVER HEARD OF YOU.I USED OTHER PLACES FOR SO LONG.FOR WHATEVER REASON WHEN GOOGLING PRODUCT.OR GOOGLING ONLINE RETAIL HUNTING FIREARMS RELOAD.
