I enjoyed how easy it was to find the costume i was looking for, but the sign in/up process was a pain. While trying to log in on my phone, it kept saying that the verification code was expired when it had just been sent to my email. Besides from the account set up process, however, I had a pleasant experience. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

The buying experience is very nice, but the sizing can be complicated. In some cosplays I am XL but in Asia size I am a 3XL! and this does not do very good to your ego when you have to order the biggest size when you are trying to feel sexy in a cosplay. Overall accurarte cosplay and good quality fabric, stitching could be better tho.

I was not satisfied with shipping options. Most companies will do group shipping if you order multiple items, but as I added items to my cart, shipping went up significantly, to where I could've made 3 separate purchases instead of 1 group order for the same price.

Good interaction, the checkout process is very slow so I did not know if my card was going to get declined. The shipping fees are INSANELY expensive, when I bought a cosplay last year it was $20 for shipping, now it is $80 EIGHTY DOLLARS, it cannot be SO expensive, we should get discounts on shipping, but it only adds up x2 or x3 as you add more items to the cart, which does not make any sense since they ship together.

I had a problem with Anjun and tried to get help, I couldn't reach a person to explain the problem. I contacted MicCostumes and did not help. I was only resolved because I used the site "ReclameAqui" luckly it was all a misunderstanding

I was pleasantly surprised by both the prices and also the variety on the site—I don't know many other places with such a wide selection, specifically for the Barbie cosplays. I also found it helpful that items frequently bought together are shown, and I appreciate how often discount codes are available.

Love the selection of cosplays offered. It is super easy to maneuver around the site and find what I'm looking for. If there is anything I would change, it would be to add an accessories tab... I did struggle a bit to find, say, wigs and miscellaneous items like detached fairy ears. I believe having them separate from cosplays/clothes would be helpful.

honestly the quality is good it's just i wished i didn't have to buy 2 of the same costumes but with 2 diff sizes just because the bottom fit but the top was too tight on me

The most difficult part of this was the very slow and laggy website. Every time I tried to make an account, it kept taking me to the "Log In/Register" page. By the third time, I gave up and tried to purchase as a guest. Even then, the website was glitchy and didn't show a button to confirm check-out until after many reloads and attempts.

The search feature wasn't as specific as I had hoped, so it was hard to search for items like "bag" because it then pulled up all costumes involving a bag rather than individual bags first

I really enjoy looking at all the new cosplay that has been added. its sometimes hard to choose what to get. the only downside of the website is the sizing sometimes i have to order the same outfit in two different sizes to make sure it fits.

My experience with MicCostumes is always a little confusing at first but it's simple once you understand it! The sizing does run a little small so I usually size up <3 The website could be better organized and more aesthetically pleasing, but it's at a good point. The pricing isn't too cruel~
