When attempting to register with my email, the small window would go blank white after hitting submit causing me to refresh and try again about 5 times with the contiued error. I ended up signing up through my google account which is not what i wanted to do. Also, when checking out, there was a note about not guaranteeing shipping dates as stated previously such as the "get it before halloween" $20 shipping. It felt like a money grab to just then say "we'll take your $20 but cannot actually say if it will get there before this date as promised", so i ended up opting for the $11 shipping with similar time windows. Fingers crossed though, looking forward to this costume, will definitely be using for cons and not just a one off halloween thing.

Website worked fine. I do think that the shipping prices were buried a bit deep in.

I liked the measurement chart and information. I wish there were more coupon codes though that did not require a 60 dollar minimum purchase. The loading and format of the website is a bit wonky at times. Lots of options though and easy to find the reviews and other information you might be looking for before purchasing.

The checkout experience was a little confusing with the payment process. I put in my card information using the credit/debit card field and my card was not going through. Then it redirected me to a PayPal checkout screen where I put in my card information and it went through just fine- so I am unsure if this is normal or not. I also received a coupon code when I signed up for $5 off my order. I put in the code and it initially worked. However, after my card declined that first time it wouldn't let me use the code again because it said "it had reached the maximum number of uses" even though I hadn't bought anything yet. When I got redirected to pay through PayPal I didn't get my $5 off even though my card went through. The website itself was set up nicely however. I could easily search products with a keyword, and most cosplay outfits had a slide that showed all of the items included with the set. This is helpful because sometimes it's hard to determine if all of the accessories on the model are for styling purposes or if they actually come with the cosplay.

Had a lot of fun browsing costumes

There are a lot of typos in some important areas, like checkout, that can make the experience difficult to understand. The website is also difficult to navigate and there should be more filter options for subcategories. I do appreciate the ready to ship category though, makes finding a quick costume easier.

It's been good! I would recommend adding coupon codes available for the purchase because I knew I was qualified for some but I couldn't find the codes until after my first purchase.

I feel like the website had a pretty good selection of products from games and animes that I like. One of the cosplays I wanted to buy was a bit misleading because some pictures showed it with shorts while another picture showed it with more of a bikini bottom which made me not order it. I also got a coupon for signing up for an account and when I tried to use it, it wouldn't let me. The coupon was for $5 off of $60, my order was $78 and the coupon never worked

Website design is a little outdated and slow, but the cosplays all look very nice! Wish there were fewer polyester cosplays and a little more cloth but for the price, you get what you pay for.

It was good but an option should be added for review that lets people put their measurements and what size they got for other people to see and know which size would be best for them

I found this website by chance and it is my favorite cosplay website right now. I adore the variety of outfits, especially the different choices available for single characters. I ordered an Umbreon outfit and had so much fun looking through the Umbreon options to find my favorite. I've already recommended this site to four of my friends who enjoy dressing up. Two have already made purchases from here. I think the prices are reasonable and I love how there are bikini options for summer/sexy cosplays. The selections here are so unique, creative, and fun!

Very lovely, tells you exactly if an item is nearby for shipping and has a bunch of fun sales alongside a WIDE variety of costumes to choose from.

The website was very transparent with the pricing and sizing. The checkout caused trouble as the credit card option was giving issues that had to be worked around.

Lorraine

Oct 10, 2026

I appreciate the clearly defined size chart information and customer reviews, as the purchased item was full torso and tight to the body. So, it was essential not to order my "size", but the size that matches to what the garmet is designed for. I'm a 5' 8" slender woman and this is basically a tight body suit that would never fit my size S frame (in US clothes) becasue it'd be too short in the torso at that size. I'm just hoping that size L (purchased for the torso length) won't fall off me.

It was good overall, but when searching for costumes, I wasnt interested in getting ang pokemon costumes, but since it was pretty integrated through what i was searching through, it made it a little bit more tedious to sift through to see the costumes i was interested in.
