i had an issue adding the Jax costume to my cart, after i selected my size i could not add the costume. and sometimes when i would click a button like the add to cart button or checkout button there was no response from the website.

Overall good cosplay website. The costumes are well made and have goo details to them and I appreciate the variety of currency and country options. I do wish they had more options when it comes to different fandoms, but besides that I had a positive experience.

It's hard to login sometimes, the site will glitch/not allow sign-in attempts. The navigation of the website is very easy.

I think it'd be nicer to have more detailed size charts. For example inseam and shoulder length. I know it depends on what cosplay you're buying but if it had all the measurements stated on each cosplay it'd be easier for others to pick the accurate size. Sometimes im scared to buy cosplays because I have small measurements but im super tall with long legs and arms so its hard buying cosplays with limited details about the sizing. Other than that my cosplays so far are pretty :)

I like the new checkout feature about being able to select the items you want to purchase from the cart as it allows me to figure out the prices of items and their shipping costs without having to remove and then go and find everything again, makes it a lot more easy to use and make informed purchase decisions!

I was happy with the ease of purchase and the speed of shipping as well as the price of the costume, it feels fair and quality compared to other cosplays I've seen. I paid $100 for my cosplay including shipping and I am looking forward to receiving it!

My only issue was when creating an account, it bumped me back to the main site and said my cart was empty (even after adding and item). It was easy to correct this time, because I only had one item, but if I'd put together a great big cart, I would have been annoyed.

I enjoyed shopping and found the items to be exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely excited to buy two dresses, but returned one when I realized that there would be almost 80 dollars in shipping costs, and settled for the one that had my size here in the US (that one was fairly priced, I believe it is mostly due to shipping overseas with the tariffs as they are now).

it was pretty good as per usual. I love using miccostumes for cosplay stuff whenever i have the money for it as im a cosplayer in my early 20's, so trying to balance that with life and money is hard sometimes. It's one of my favorite things to do and i feel like stuff is semi affordable from here and the quality is usually pretty alright :DD

Costume seems to be made well and was accurate, but the sizing chart was not very accurate. Purchased a large based off measurements taken that week, but did not fit properly and was entirely too small. If I buy in the future, I'll be sure to purchase two sizes larger, but likely won't bother due to return policy being a week after receipt.

Searching for and purchasing the item was relatively easy. Navigating the menu and the other options wasn't hard at all, as I would expect. As I have never bought anything else from this website, all I can say is that I hope I get what I expect to, and I'm sure I likely will.

Quality is always good as far as my experience, choices are few despite the content that's out there and a lot of them are sold out. Lots of sexy costumes non-canon wise I guess this is what sells. Overall, I do hope they have more canon, more accurate cosplays to be sold as your quality is a lot better than others.
