i LOVE MY ZOOT SUIT,eVERONE SAYS I AM STYLING & PROFILING!! i TELL THEM WHERE i GOT OT AND THEY SAY tHAT I CAN CARRY OFF THE LOOK BUT WOULD NOT LOOK GOOD ON THEM. i COULD NOT LOCATE MY ORDER ,SO i cALLEd Usa mens, they tracked it and said it was mislabled & went to New York! He was very apologetic And shipped me one to S.C. ! He promised to have it here in 3-5 Days and it was/..Ill be Phoning on future orders for color choices!! Thanks Men' USA!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a suit for Father's day. I paid for 3 day air shipping which would allow plenty of time for alterations. The suit arrived 2 days late because they (Mensusa) placed to wrong label on the package. I found this out after numerous calls to Mensusa and FedEx. FedEx informed that the sender had to request the item be return and attack new label to get it to me quicker. Mensusa was unwilling to do it stating it wouldn't get to me any quicker. I could return the suit once it arrives. I ordered the suit on Thursday June 5th and received it on Friday June 13th. This was supposed to be shipped 3 day air. The suit arrives on Friday June 13th. They sent me the wrong suit. I ordered a 40 regular slim fit wool suit. I received a 40 regular modern tailored fit that appears to he polyester. All tags had been cut off. You can actually see where they were cut off. Throughout this process I continually contacted Mensusa to resolve this issue. Rarely are you able to speak to anyone at Mensusa. Customer service is limited as to what they can do. Because I was faced with the choice of not having a suit for Father's day or accepting this one and received a $40-$50 refund (the only options they afforded me), I reluctantly kept the suit. I Informed them that I had ordered shoes, shirt and tie and a hat from other websites and received all of them on time. All of this was to be worn on Father's day. This was a horrible experience. They messed up the shipping, sent the wrong suit, the fabric content tags were cut off and they sent the wrong size. This is totally unacceptable.

I was satisfied with the order, except the pants was smaller and had to be let out and the waist.
