I order lab coats twice within last month. My order included embroidery of my name and specialty. They send me coat without embroidery. I faced lot of issues returning this item I was paid partial refund which got resolved after talking to supervisor. Their customer agent didn’t listen to my concerns I reorder coat again with embroidery after knowing that their technical issues are resolved. Same thing happened again I received lab coat with embroidery. Now I need to go through again the painful return process.

I placed an order for a very expensive lab coat that I expected to be high-quality. I received the coat in a bag that was already open. There was dirt on the coat and the embroidery that I paid for was not done. Mistakes happen and this could have been a mistake that was fixed however I had tried to contact the company through two different emails that I had found with no response along with utilizing the contact form on the webpage with no response. I then called the company and was told they no longer use those emails and I had to use a different email. This alone was annoying because the website should have updated emails. I contacted the email. I was given a few days ago and still have not received a response from the company. I start my new clinical position and should have a white coat, but I do not have one that is clean and embroidered and I am also out 200+ dollars. I’m very dissatisfied with the service.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Medelita. The ordering process was smooth, and I am very happy with the products and their quality. However, I was surprised by an additional charge when my order arrived in Kuwait. I had already paid the full order amount and shipping charges to Medelita, but the local delivery company asked me to pay an additional fee. When I contacted them and asked why, they told me that it was for airport customs charges. I frequently order from other international companies and have products shipped to Kuwait, and I have not been asked to pay an additional airport customs fee like this upon delivery. This was the first time I experienced such an unexpected charge. I believe Medelita should make any possible customs, import, or additional local delivery charges much clearer during checkout, especially for international customers, so that the total expected cost is transparent before placing the order. Other than this issue, everything was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and my overall experience with Medelita.
