Overall good experience. Needed new scrub jackets and have had these in the past and like them a lot. The price point is higher than most others on the market but they’re well made and last a long time. For me they’re the perfect weight and protection vs being too thick and hot. Have noticed some size discrepancies between colors of the same marked size.

I believe the quality of your customer support needs improvement. Communicating with the agents was extremely difficult. I originally placed my order using a different account. After I realized the shipping address was incorrect, I contacted customer support. The agent told me the only option was to cancel the order. I explained that if I canceled and placed a new order, my discount code would no longer work. However, instead of addressing that concern, the agent repeatedly explained how to use a coupon code, as if they didn't understand my question. In the end, I had no choice but to create a new account and place a new order. In another case, my friend contacted customer support because the package couldn't be delivered due to an address issue. The agent simply told him to contact FedEx. My friend explained that he had already contacted FedEx, and FedEx said that because it was an economy shipment, only the sender could request an address change. Despite this, the agent kept repeating that he should contact FedEx, without offering any other solution. There also appears to be an issue with your website's address form. If you select the address suggested by the auto-complete feature, the specific street number and apartment number are removed, leaving only the street name. This can easily result in an incomplete shipping address and delivery problems.

Dear Medelita Customer Service Team, I am writing to you to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience and to request an immediate resolution to a serious issue with my order. I recently placed an order on your website. Since this was my first time, I created a new profile but did not save or specify any shipping address in my account settings. During checkout, I selected Amazon Pay as the payment method, assuming it would allow me to review or confirm the shipping details before final processing. To my absolute surprise, I received an email notification stating that my order had been successfully delivered to a specific location. I never provided, selected, or authorized this delivery address, and my personal profile on your website remains completely empty of any shipping information. I have no knowledge of where the package was sent, who received it, or how this address was selected. I have already reached out to your customer service team, but the response was deeply unsatisfying. I was simply told that the order was "delivered" and that no further assistance could be provided. A close friend of mine highly recommended Medelita to me, praising it as one of the finest medical apparel brands with top-tier, professional customer service. Unfortunately, my first experience has been completely the opposite. As a healthcare professional, I value accuracy and professional support, both of which have been lacking in handling this matter. Therefore, I kindly request that you immediately investigate this routing error, locate the shipment, and process a full refund for my order, as I never received the products.
