I ordered two white coats on 9/17/26, they were both cancelled one day later no explanation. I ordered another coat 9/18/26, have not even received an email saying it has shipped. I did receive a confirmation email and my account was charged. I contacted Medlita via email, have heard nothing. It’s been 30 days. I own 10 white coats all by medlita, multiple pairs of scrubs, same with my husband. This has been very disappointing.

The scrubs used to be of good quality when I bought them back in 2023-2024 (bought like 5 jogger sets). The new pocket design looks awkward. The new jogger looks way too casual. The material also just feels incredibly cheap. I would suggest you go back to the old scrubs. Was very flattering in its cut as well.

My previous Medelita scrub top orders came with my logo that I think is saved on file. The 2 tops I just ordered didn’t give me my logo as an option. For the text of the embroidery I put ‘Get Outta Hair logo’. Obviously I dont want that printed on the shirt. Please confirm you still have my logo on file and can add that.

I received my lab coat today. I was actually impressed with the quality of the product although the embroidery that I ordered and paid for was not applied to the order. Would you like the fit and fabric of product but I’m just immensely disappointed with the companies failure to deliver the product I ordered in a timely fashion because I need it for a lecture that I am giving this coming week to coincide with the launch of my small business. Nice product, but I don’t think I would purchase from them again.

I placed my order and paid for embroidery on my scrub tops and they arrived without embroidery. I did a live chat and sent photos then I had to email. The previous order of two scrub pants came with 1 pant and 1 top. The quality control is not what it used to be. No efficient or quick resolution. Then with the mess up the replacement pair of scrub pants weren’t available. It’s a shame that the company has not been efficient or reliable as it once was. I hesitate to ever order again.

The lab coat that I wanted was not available, so I ordered the one which seemed acceptable. I also ordered embroidery but the lab coat was shipped without the embroidery. I immediately contacted customer support after the delivery but did not get a response for 6 days. I figured that Medelita will not respond so I initiated a return. The ordering process, delivery speed, and return process were all good, though. I have ordered several lab coats over the years for my wife and I always had good experience with Medelita. It looks like the management has changed hands and things are going downhill. A pity.

The prior lab coats were very well done many years ago. Now the quality is as if bought at a cheap department store. I asked for them to be inscribed and paid for that but they weren't. Will be returning both coats. There is barely any availability of the coat selections online, limiting your choices. The customer service wanted pictures first - I don't know - because I am returning the exact garment as is. So return has been difficult process and still haven't even heard back of how to send it, where to send it, and how to get a refund. As a professional, this is a complete waste of my time. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I would never recommend med elite nor would I ever order from them again. I received my items on time but they were both without the embroidery I ordered and paid for. I have tried to reach out to med elite multiple times and have yet to be contacted by anyone from the company.

I order lab coats twice within last month. My order included embroidery of my name and specialty. They send me coat without embroidery. I faced lot of issues returning this item I was paid partial refund which got resolved after talking to supervisor. Their customer agent didn’t listen to my concerns I reorder coat again with embroidery after knowing that their technical issues are resolved. Same thing happened again I received lab coat with embroidery. Now I need to go through again the painful return process.

I placed an order for a very expensive lab coat that I expected to be high-quality. I received the coat in a bag that was already open. There was dirt on the coat and the embroidery that I paid for was not done. Mistakes happen and this could have been a mistake that was fixed however I had tried to contact the company through two different emails that I had found with no response along with utilizing the contact form on the webpage with no response. I then called the company and was told they no longer use those emails and I had to use a different email. This alone was annoying because the website should have updated emails. I contacted the email. I was given a few days ago and still have not received a response from the company. I start my new clinical position and should have a white coat, but I do not have one that is clean and embroidered and I am also out 200+ dollars. I’m very dissatisfied with the service.

No longer carry previous style I liked (vista v-neck top + argon pant). I ordered something different - received scrub top with no embroidery like I paid for. Disappointed they no longer carry the style I like, nor send the correct thing I ordered.

The purchasing, delivery, and return process were perfect. Good customer service. The only issue I had was with the product. It was too thick like a suit of armor. I’d sweat to death at work in that. I need a thinner coat

Overall, I had a very good experience with Medelita. The ordering process was smooth, and I am very happy with the products and their quality. However, I was surprised by an additional charge when my order arrived in Kuwait. I had already paid the full order amount and shipping charges to Medelita, but the local delivery company asked me to pay an additional fee. When I contacted them and asked why, they told me that it was for airport customs charges. I frequently order from other international companies and have products shipped to Kuwait, and I have not been asked to pay an additional airport customs fee like this upon delivery. This was the first time I experienced such an unexpected charge. I believe Medelita should make any possible customs, import, or additional local delivery charges much clearer during checkout, especially for international customers, so that the total expected cost is transparent before placing the order. Other than this issue, everything was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and my overall experience with Medelita.
