Poor Customer Service for Logo

I had a previous Logo that I had paid for a few years back. I was able to find the logo with ease once I signed in, however the colors have changed since I last ordered. I was scared to order as I was concerned the wrong colors would be applied. I called the help number and first it took 3 tries to even get the phone to be answered by someone. The first time someone answered I quickly got disconnected. So I called back. I spoke with a woman who had a very thick accent. She was giving me an email to send the correct colors to, and I could not understand what the email was. She was very rude and kept telling me to "look at the bottom of the website" and the only email was for Medelita and did not sound like the email she was providing me with. I asked her twice to please spell out the email for me and then she hung up on me. I called back and got someone more helpful. He thinks she was trying to give me the AllHeart.com website, which in hindsight I think that is what she was saying. I was not on that website, and have never even heard of that website.
