Very easy and pleasant experience. Was looking for a particular Flip Flop. You had the item I was looking for unfortunately you didn’t have it in the size and color I wanted. I did go ahead and purchase in a different color. I guess we will wait and see what they look like when they arrive. I’ll be sure to post a review.
