Very excited to go on the Massey’s site and be approved to buy right away. What I did not like is a week or so late after receiving my item I was told I could make payments any time and the due date for the entire amount was around a month later.

I look for items I can wear for at least 3 seasons and a sale. Massey's early fall sale catalog provided both plus a couple of real bargin's I couldn't pass up. I went on line first but the sale prices weren't showing up. So I called. Customer service couldn't fine the sale price so I asked to a supervisor. One was not available, so customer service documented my information request, and said someone would call me back. I believe I waited a couple hours then a called again because I'm a care giver and at that time I had some down time. I got a customer service supervisor, she found the documented information and placed my order.

I like your selection of shoes - disappointed that you don’t carry ASICS. I wear a size 12 - so, shopping on line is much easier than going to stores that very seldom have my size. Not crazy about shipping charges but sorta worth that you carry my size for the most part. I’ve recommended Masseys to several friends.

My box arrived unsealed and open ( the first part of order). Not knowing what was included (invoice a little confusing), I wasn’t sure if something was missing. The next day I received the 2nd of two boxes. It was completely , securely sealed. I had checked my emails the day before and it stated that part of my order had shipped, but at the time when I checked my email, the second package had not been shipped. I’m just glad I received all of my order inspite of the open box delivery.

I ordered a boot however, it wasn't the same as the picture of the boot. I honestly believe that the wrong item was ordered so I returned the product. But the clothes are smaller than the clothes from other places and that is why purchasing clothes didn't work for me
