I had a unique experience with my last purchase online with Massey. The item was too small and luckily the item had a free return label inside to make an easier return. Contrary to that , I consulted with a Massey representative and she helped me with making an exchange asap. I couldn’t believe when she had took my order for another size that the purchase was approved. Thanks to Massey’s good customer service team I was able to become a satisfied client. I would recommend Massey to everyone who wants to shop for affordable and stylish clothing.
