I got my Kid som really cute new balance that fits her style. Before getting her to where tennis shoes was a no go they are very uncomfortable she always said . Masseys made buying a good pair of shoes easy and affordable.

Everything I ordered was perfect, however I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my little girl and I actually needed them in a size bigger. I also ordered myself a purse which I loved the purse. It was just too big for my liking. Trying to find a FedEx box was ridiculous, and the sticker to put on my return which came with my order, wouldn’t scan for one lady for me to even return. So i finally found a box to drop it off in and (FedEx) box and I hope Masseys gets my return !!! Haven’t gotten an email and I dropped it in the box about 4 days ago.

I definitely recommend you go to their website and see if you qualify for store credit. I was surprised that I did, but that just made me want to purchase even more items from their website. We received all our items before the date Massey's said we would. I'm extremely happy with them all around and will definitely purchase more items soon.

I got and tried on my shoes noticed they are not wide width but the say that they are wide so, I walked in them and thinking I got to just loosen them up a bit No they aren't wide at all I need to return or exchange for true wide width. Not all were bad just only two pairs.
