This transaction was bad from the very beginning. I received a discount coupon in the mail so I applied it to this order. I also noticed that I qualified for free shipping. The free shipping never came off at the end. Didn't think it was a big deal and I figured I'd contact C's the next business day and they'd adjust it. To my surprise I was told that only one discount code could be used. No where in the checkout process was this mentioned and honestly I seemed to me that the discount code was for items purchased and that shipping charges would be something else. After a very long initial conversation the call was escalated to a survivor and she explained the discount policy and as a courtesy she would refund the shipping once I receive my items. Well, only part of my order arrived. The winter boot socks never came. They were going to be a gift for someone. Called Customer service again and was told to give it some more time, it may have been on back order. Not only was I never given a heads up or follow up about it being on back order. I was told again that there really was not much they could do. I call you again and stated that the socks arrived but I would be returning them along with the sweater that was too big, as
the gift is no longer needed. When opened the package it wasn't the socks, it was something else I ordered from another company ( it's the holidays) Called you folks again, it looks like I was credited something but I definitely doesn't cover my loss. The sweater is being returned today via FedEx but I never received the socks, so it looks like I'm just out of the $$. Too much effort & time going back and forth to still end up with no real resolution is really making me reconsider my purchasing options with Masseys.
