I'm 6'2" tall, with an above average amount of muscle and a larger frame (Body Fat% 15, 260lbs), so finding items that fit correctly can be a struggle. Marmot is not perfect for me, but they are the best I have found. I will 100% be buying from them again.

The sleeping bag was much bigger and bulkier than I expected. It took up too much room in my backpack. It was too late for me to return it so I had to buy another one with the same specs that was more compact.

A friend cot me the fleece zip up jacket as a gift and I fell in love with it and had to have another one. I got the green and it is the same quality and comfort that I lived about the first one. So many times I have found a product I like and when I try to replace it, either it lo longer exists or the quality doesn’t match my first experience. Not the case this time I love this fleece and will probably buy another one in another color. The entire process, from finding on the website to ordering and tracking was seamless. Very happy.

I recently needed to purchase this rain gear for camping and marmot had exactly what I needed. The rain suit packs into it's own pocket it's so convenient haha. I bought it from the website directly and they had a great customer checkout experience. It made it simple and easy to find, order and track my purchase right on the website and thru my emails. Very nice would reccomend 10/10 the rain gear is very nice illbeit a bit expensive I feel the investment will pay off itself with how dry I'll be after some boundry waters rain storms ehe

I ordered the Marmot 2 person Tungsten tent and had my order within a week. I haven’t had an opportunity to use it during a trip yet, but set up the tent in the yard just to check it out. Quality and the design both seem very good. In fact, the design is incredibly well thought out. Assembly instructions were even sewn into the storage bag so they would never get lost. Genius!!!

The tops (mens’ and womens’ I purchased from Marmot were exceptionally comfortable. I wish there were a few more colors in the items I selected.

I would recommend Marmot based on the quality of their products. The fit of the shorts I ordered were a bit blousy and a little too large in the legs/opening. I would prefer having a little more tapered fit. The fit was otherwise very good.

I continue to love shopping with Marmot. They have very high-quality durable products that I use for years. They also typically fit well and have great color options, which are important to me as my backpacking kit is typically bright natural colors (blues, greens, and pinks). I also love the down jackets for their extreme warmth.

Bought two Echo Featherless Insulated Jackets, one in a medium and one in a large to determine which size fit best. The products were available in all sizes and colors I was looking at, and both arrived on time as expected. I'm between a medium and large for most jackets. I wear a large size shirt, but jackets tend to get a little baggy looking. The medium fit perfectly for me (a little tighter). The return process for the large was pretty seamless as well! I bought these jackets to compare against Patagonia's similar offering, and Marmot's was clearly the winner for a "traditional" puffer jacket. Patagonia's felt too technical and light, and while I'm sure it was just as warm, I was also after the aesthetic, not just the performance.

I needed a winter insulated jacket. I'm fairly petite and had been trying numerous jackets from various companies. Nothing fit great. I ordered the Marmot Echo, as it was on sale, but the smallest size available was an S and not XS. Wish I could get an XS as the S that was shipped is a bit big on me. Also, the jacket arrived a day later than estimated. Not a huge deal, but was kind of disappointing yesterday (the ETA day).

I bought some items from Marmot that were in an end of season sale. Pricing was great for the items and I even got some more off for becoming a member of their rewards program. I did have an issue where the price of two of my three items were cheaper than what I paid, even with the additional discount of being a rewards member. I contacted customer service on Sunday (5/3) and as of today (5/7), I still have not heard anything. The amount of the price difference is more than $10 so I am interested in a resolution. I liked the shirt so much I went and bought another one in a different color. The shipping was fast and reasonable ($6).

I was tasked with selecting a style for our construction project jackets. I thought to myself what jacket do I own or have I seen that fits well, is great for layering, and that has lasted me over the past few years. I could really only think of a Marmot zip up I have owned for over 2 years. Its my easy choice for when I am on the run and know the weather in SF will have its mood swings. After pitching the brand to my team I could already tell how excited people were.

Many times over the course of a week my order was declined or failed to process. The call representative unable to help ans said she would pass my info to someone who could help and I could expect an email within 1-2 business days. I never received that email. This has been an unpleasant experience.
