The package was shipped very quickly, tracking details were provided very quickly, package arrived earlier than expected. Package was well-packed, secured and keeping the items intact. However due to the heat wave, one of the items (a liquid supplement) felt overly warm due to lack of temperature control. A microfiber cloth was provided which was a pleasant and functional bonus!

i ordered 2 hydros controllers, both said FedEx 2 day delivery. Only one was delivered with 2 days, the other took a week. I will recommend marineandreef to my friends because I would like to believe that the 2 day delivery statement wasn't a lie but rather a mistake.

They carry a lot of Fluval parts. Only place I found that had a Fluval 407 replacement motor in stock. Often I find them to have the best price and they always have a coupon code but doesn’t matter bc when you’re a returning customer, you always get a discount. They are always on top of emails when I ask questions and seem to have infinite patience

Also purchased was a larger version of same product with an expiration date of 5/2027 and guess what, no floating organic particles so I guess CS is always right...

The first glass sleeve (for a UV lamp) that I ordered came damaged. Was very well packed, so not the company's fault, but somehow badly treated by the carrier. I love how Marine and Reef always packs my purchases so neatly. Marine and Reef excells in their timely shipping and my packages always arrive fast. Trying to get Cascade 1000 parts. Found Marine and Reef are a good source since most people don't carry that brand for replacement parts .I need another part, but they too did not have it and have no idea if or when it will come in. Marine and Reef, good....Cascade, bad.

Purchased item that had an expiration date of 6/2026 and product had floating organics in which CS rep said it was not unusual since this is an organic product. Also purchased was a larger version of same product with an expiration date of 5/2027 and guess what, no floating organic particles so I guess CS is always right...

The first glass sleeve (for a UV lamp) that I ordered came damaged. Was very well packed, so not the company's fault, but somehow badly treated by the carrier. Marine and Reef was very helpful when I notified them and I soon received a replacement, this one undamaged. Great company. Professional and responsive to its customers.

Package that arrived was in a box different from what was ordered. Left message with M&R. They called me back very quickly to let me know that the product I ordered was in the box that I received (I hadn’t opened it yet).
