In-store is always best when I don't know what I want as the consultants really know their products. Its also just plain fun to shop at MAC!!! But once I know the product and the colour, online is a great option when I am too busy to go shopping.

MAC is the only place I shop for my makeup, the staff is very helpful when I shop in store at the Bayshore Shopping Centre location in Ottawa, ON and I find the site easy to navigate when I decide to shop on line. I love the birthday treats that I receive and they turn int new favorites that I continue to purchase moving forward. Any time I've ever had a return, the staff has always been so wonderful to help me find exactly what I'm needing and offers suggestions on other products that might be of interest to me based on their assessment of my skin and my desired outcome. I applaud all the great staff at MAC Cosmetics, thank you!

Signed up and approved for Mac PRO account a week ago and been on the phone 2x with agents as account is not linking for discount, promised that would receive a GC later as their website is down an no one can help. Frustrating and spent a lot of time trying to figure this out. Not a good first impression

It's a very slow system. When you tap on shopping bag, it takes forever to bring it up. All actions take a long time to search. Have to speed up the ordering process

Disappointed that the free product (lipstick mini) is never available! I use cream to powder foundation and it is the best product I have found to cover a port wine stain birthmark.

I love MAC and there are a good array of products. But some of what I wanted today were sold out. There are some products I have been waiting for for months and it still says “sold out”. Was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t get everything online.

I had trouble finding the concealer that I like which used to come in a solid form in a similar container as the eye shadows. I am taking my chances on buying the new liquid version. I appreciate the clear pictures of the items and being able to look at my order history. I was a bit confused that the concealer seemed to have been replaced by the new one in my order history.

I was very disappointed with your "upgrade" for the product I purchased. The foundation had gone up $14 in price yet had been reduced in weight by 3 grams. Charging more for even less of a product. I will find another brand for next time.

I am a pro member, but often find that pro discounts are not automatically applied to all items when shopping on the website, so I end up not buying those items. I want to try new products early on in the launches, in order to decide if I want to stock my kit with them or not. Make Pro program better and more functional please.
