Enjoying my favorite lipsticks from MAC. I've been a customer since the 1980s. My colours have changed over time. Still always keep Fabby and Plum Dandy in my purse. Disappointed that you no longer recycle our empty lipsticks and reward the recycling with a lipstick if we bring in 6 empties. Very sad to see that program go.

Neutral - nothing special. I would like to say this product is highly overpriced. It has gone up incredibly over the years which is why I dont keep it in my kit as often as i used to to.

There are more than one order sites. The others are awkward and confusing. Just when I had given up I came across this one which was just fine. All in all a frustrating experience that solved itself.

The website needs some work. When you select colours for a lip gloss on the preview card in the listing on the homepage, it jumps up to a different product and you have to scroll back down every time you select a new colour. During checkout, the birthday redemption didn't work and clicking redeem just kept going nowhere. Also during checkout, ideally, you'd be able to click the free samples to learn more about them before selecting (which you currently cannot do). Adjusting quantities in the checkout is good. Adding products you've ordered before with the "reorder" button is a great option. Look and feel of the website is nice if the functionality worked better.

When I ordered I thought there was a discount to be applied when I checked out, but there was no discount. I was not hay with the lipstick colours.

The website is HORRIBLY SLOW. always has been and it makes me angry to go on it. If I didn't like MAC so much id never try it. Frankly, I usually get my friend to order my things as I CANNOT STAND how slow it is. As a pro mua id love to shop through easily and breeze through your great products but truthfully I dislike every minute im on here.

I’m a makeup addict and love Mac cosmetics. I recently purchased an eyeliner in the store and I’m not happy with it at all. I want to return it it’s so bad it keeps breaking and won’t sharpen well. It also doesn’t work in the water line which it was supposed to.

You never have the Studio Fix replacement available, forcing your customers to purchase the product with the case, which is supposed to be resueable. For a company that touts that you recycle, this is an extremely wasteful practice and I'm tired of spending $10 more for a plastic casing I don't need! Do better!!

I do prefer to shop in store, the MAC artist associates are amazing and so helpful, however sometimes it’s really an emergency or I can’t make it to the store, in which case the site has been great. Easy to use, great product images and help if you need it.

I went on an online chat asking about a lipstick colour Sitting Pretty and was told it was not available, I thought it was Discontinued because I was told in a retail area at an airport it was. No satisfaction and 20 min wasted! Then found it on the website and bought it. Very annoying!

Overall the website is good. No stalling or slow response. The images are clear and true to the shades. I don't like that the "sold out" products are on the site for so long. If the products are not available and not coming back into stock, then I wish they were taken down. I specifically came on the site today to buy a specific product and it has been sold out for a long period of time. Clarins has an option to be notified when the product is available again which would be helpful.

Website fine. Delivery is terrible. The last delivery got to somewhere near Hamilton and the packaging was tampered with. I only discovered this by checking the tracking. Neither you not the shippers got in touch with me. When I contacted MAC you sent out a new shipment, which was slow near Hamilton. My purchases didn’t get to me for almost a month. I hope this shipment is much speedier.

I like the chat feature to answer quick uncomplicated questions; Weirdly, when I looked at my concealer on my phone I was unable to get the correct colour but on my computer there was a different page to choose the colour from. I almost didn't buy it until I tried on my computer.
