My overall experience with the MAC Cosmetics website was positive. I liked the appearance of the site, the organization of the information, and how easy it was to browse through the products. The Skinfinish Colourstruck Blush page presents the different shades clearly and provides useful information about the product’s finish, texture, and wear. As a negative point, I think the navigation could be a little faster, and some information could be highlighted more clearly to make it easier to choose between the different shades. Overall, I enjoyed my experience on the website. It is attractive, well organized, and makes it easy to explore the products before making a purchase.

I found the site slow. I was frustrated by the fact I could not apply my points to discount my order (bc I was using face25 code?) and there were no other options available to use my points (sold out). I recently came online and my birthday gift options were completely sold out with no alternative options. Also all the foundation shades and concealer shades were sold out in some of my first choices

I like your products and I think the prices are fair for the quality. I will always recommend Mac to a friend as it’s the only thing that works for my oily skin. The only reason I’d be less likely to purchase your products is because in person stores are hard to find and your website keeps crashing and reloading, making the purchase experience not convenient.

I find the website to be sooo slow. I've actually not purchased products online due to this issue. If it's solely an online offer like the one today, than I will patiently wait but i wont do anything extra like add free samples to my card to try to use my rewards bcs that will cause some sort of function issue. I save those for store purchase. store purchase is my preferred way to shop at MAC.

Found it difficult to navigate the points redemption. I've been a MAC customer for years and didn't know the points expired; I have unfortunately therefore wasted thousands of points. I saw one option to use points for 2-day shipping, but could not find that option anywhere on my Checkout screen.

It was unclear that the 25face promo code could not be used for in store pickup. It dropped the discount without notice, but when I switched back to shipped, it told me it dropped the promo code and I had to go back and re-add it.

I really like the products and I’m a fan but the online experience is not good. Your website continuously glitches, is slow and can be very frustrating at times. Sometimes I’ve had to call bc it won’t take the promotion or show the sale prices in the checkout. If I was not a fan of your products I would not bother. My only complaint is the products redeemable through points are a poor selection and the good stuff is always sold out. Why not allow people to accumulate points to get whatever they want? Or at least let people choose from the entire shade range?

The prices are steep and you got rid of the back to mac program. The back to mac program was one of the big reasons I chose MAC for all my makeup before - that and the price in comparison to sephora. I loved the old face and body formula so disappointed it was changed. Also, there used to be more options for discounts.
