The website is a bit slow on Android phone, hard to load products, checkout etc. Some of the pictures for lipstick colours were hard to tell the true colour, every picture the same colour varied. It was a bit disappointing that the kajal liner was excluded from the promo. Overall I like mac, I hope the new tariffs won't affect Canadian shoppers otherwise I will find a different brand to use.

The website is very glichy, when I pay it does not show me how much I am going to pay in taxes, I get a seprlerate email later which says the tax. Not enough filters to find what I want when doing a search. Lots of of items out of stock but no ETA or notice if it's being discontinued.

Wish there were more swatches of individual eyeshadows. They're not available locally and I had to test them on a road trip a few months ago and note them in my phone. I would have bought more if I knew the colours in swatch form probably. I'm limited in my Thunder Bay selections. Also wish there were gifts with purchase available. And more eyeshadow samples with checkout.

I had a hard time deleting what was in my shopping bag. I tried refreshing that didn't work, editing was not working either. After tapping edit numerous times it finally opened so I could edit my order. Almost gave up.
