Website fine. Delivery is terrible. The last delivery got to somewhere near Hamilton and the packaging was tampered with. I only discovered this by checking the tracking. Neither you not the shippers got in touch with me. When I contacted MAC you sent out a new shipment, which was slow near Hamilton. My purchases didn’t get to me for almost a month. I hope this shipment is much speedier.

I like the chat feature to answer quick uncomplicated questions; Weirdly, when I looked at my concealer on my phone I was unable to get the correct colour but on my computer there was a different page to choose the colour from. I almost didn't buy it until I tried on my computer.

Disappointed that refill pans are no longer available. For a company that is named Makeup Artist Cosmetics and was made for makeup artists, Estee Lauder has done this brand DIRTY. Having to depot and no longer having refill pans available is the dumbest thing ever.

Have used and loved MAC products for 20+ years, but the website is always laggy and could use some work. For instance, when I searched ‘eye liners’ not all of the options come up, including what I was looking for. So I specifically had to search ‘kajal’ to get those liners to pop up. Also, you can’t zoom in on the pictures to see the swatches of colours as you can on the Sephora website, this would be an appreciated update. It would great if your free shipping was set at a purchase price of $30 instead of $35, as I’m usually only looking to purchase one item at a time, and many products fall under $35 but just slightly. I get that this often means more $$$ for the company, but it also often discourages me from purchasing if I only want one item that doesn’t meet the minimum purchase. MAC has been my go-to for eyes and lip since I was a teen, but the website always frustrates me so I generally purchase in store or through sephoras website if they have what I’m looking for.

Great Overall Experience I’ve had a great experience with MAC products and my overall interactions with the website have been excellent. Everything is easy to navigate, the products are well presented, and the overall shopping experience has been smooth and enjoyable. The only thing I feel is missing is a sunscreen product. It would be amazing if MAC could introduce a high-quality sunscreen, especially one that works well under makeup. I would definitely love to see that added to their product line! Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend MAC. ❤️
